If you are an investor, we also collect the information needed to administer your investment, which is governed by your fund documents and subscription materials.
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider automatically receives standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request, for security and reliability. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are delivered. We do not currently use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
We use personal information to respond to your inquiries, evaluate investor suitability, provide investor reporting and portal access, meet legal, regulatory, and tax obligations, and protect the security of the Site and our systems.
We do not sell personal information.
